Like a wave, the uninterrupted curvature and continuous movement of this solid aluminum bench invites spectators and passers-by to fluidly encounter one another. To sit together for a moment to create and share a new memory that can also potentially live in perpetuity via reflection. Amaranta comprises different fragments that serve as design and intention parameters for its formation. The simple act of sitting next to someone is the most collective gesture to create the beginning of a community and lead to our forthcoming identities.
